What General Pest Control Covers
Last updated: October 2026
Nebraska Pest Solutions provides general pest control only for the pests, locations, and treatment steps identified in your service description or written agreement. Work may include inspection of accessible areas, applying or placing products, and practical recommendations to help reduce pest activity.
The agreement will identify any limits, preparation steps, or follow-up visits that apply. Treatments must follow the product label and applicable law, including the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act and 40 CFR Part 156 labeling requirements.
Nebraska pesticide work is subject to the Nebraska Pesticide Act, Nebraska Revised Statutes §§ 2-2622–2-2677, and Nebraska Department of Agriculture applicator certification rules. The Worker Protection Standard, 40 CFR Part 170, applies when relevant; OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200, also governs applicable workplace chemical information.
Excluded unless separately agreed are repairs, sanitation, structural work, wildlife removal, and specialized pest programs. Container disposal follows applicable label directions and local hazardous-waste rules.
Setting, Changing, or Cancelling a Visit
Appointments are arranged by phone, email, or another method offered by Nebraska Pest Solutions. We will confirm the planned service, address, and any preparation or access instructions before the visit.
Please provide accurate details about the property and reported pest activity so the technician can plan the agreed work. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an appointment; any cancellation notice period or fee will be stated in your estimate, service agreement, or booking confirmation.
If no notice period or fee is stated, ask us before assuming one applies. We may need to reschedule because of weather, safety concerns, access problems, or operational needs, and will try to notify you promptly.
Work outside the agreed treatment, such as adding a pest or treating a new area, requires your approval before it is performed. A changed scope may affect the price or visit time, which we will explain before proceeding.
Estimates, Charges, and Payment
Before work begins, Nebraska Pest Solutions will provide an estimate or service agreement describing the proposed work and its price or pricing basis. An estimate reflects the information available at the time and may need revision if inspection reveals different conditions, access limits, or a request for additional work.
We will explain a proposed change and obtain your approval before performing work beyond the agreed scope. Do not assume that an estimate includes services or follow-up visits that it does not identify.
Payment is due as stated in the estimate, agreement, or invoice; those documents will also describe accepted payment methods and any applicable taxes or other disclosed charges. If the payment timing is unclear, please ask before authorizing service.
You remain responsible for charges for work you approved and received, subject to applicable law and the written terms. No price, financing option, or result is guaranteed unless it is expressly stated in writing.
What Written Service Commitments Apply
Nebraska Pest Solutions will perform the work described in your service agreement using the methods and products identified for that service, subject to product labels and applicable law. These terms do not create a general warranty against all pests, future activity, or conditions outside the agreed work.
Any retreatment commitment, workmanship warranty, duration, eligibility rules, or other guarantee applies only if it is stated in writing in your estimate or service agreement. Check that document for the covered pest, treated area, required follow-up, and how to request service.
Coverage may not apply where the written terms say it is affected by missed preparation, blocked access, changed conditions, unauthorized treatment, or work outside the agreed scope. We will explain any applicable limits before service is approved.
If your documents do not state a warranty or retreatment commitment, please contact us for clarification rather than relying on an assumption. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Responsibility, Safety, and Legal Limits
To the extent allowed by law, Nebraska Pest Solutions’ responsibility for a claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for the specific service involved. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden conditions, pest activity outside the agreed treatment, or loss caused by inaccurate information or failure to follow provided instructions, where the law permits those limits. We do not exclude responsibility for our own legally actionable conduct.
Pesticides are used only in accordance with applicable requirements, including the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, product-label rules under 40 CFR Part 156, and the Nebraska Pesticide Act, Neb. Rev.
Stat. §§ 2-2622–2-2677.
Nebraska Department of Agriculture certification rules, 40 CFR Part 170 when applicable, and OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200, also apply as relevant. Product containers are handled under label directions and applicable disposal rules.
Questions About These Terms
For help understanding an estimate, appointment, service limit, or other part of these terms, contact Nebraska Pest Solutions at (877) 729-2528 or info@nebraskapestsolutions.top. Mail may be sent to First National Tower, 1601 Dodge St, Omaha, NE.
Please include your service address and, if available, the date of your visit or estimate so we can locate the relevant information. We may revise these terms as our practices or legal requirements change.
Updated terms will be made available through the channel where these terms are published or provided, and we will identify an effective date when appropriate. Changes do not alter work already completed; the terms presented with a new service or agreement will apply to that work unless a different written arrangement is made.
If a specific written service agreement conflicts with these general terms, the agreement controls for the service it describes, subject to applicable law. Contact us before approving work if you have questions about which terms apply.

Service Expert at Nebraska Pest Solutions
I started in pest control in the Omaha area, where I learned how spring rains, hot summers, and cold snaps bring different pest problems to homes and businesses. I built this company to give Nebraska customers clear inspections, sound treatment plans, and straightforward follow-up.
